What is it like working at Aroq?
We could not possibly comment, but our people can. In our latest company survey, 98% were happy or very happy with their job. What makes us so epic? Oh and we have a quarter of the office as a play area with a pool table, table tennis and yoga sessions, which isn’t too bad. We even have dogs at work!
Where are you based?
Aroq HQ is based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, and is easily accessible from the M5 and M42. Other commutable locations are Redditch, Worcester, Birmingham, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Stourbridge and Solihull.
What roles do you offer?
Editorial - We wouldn’t be much without our content! Our network of in-house experts and international contributors provide up-to-date news and analysis for our customers. Journalists, reporters and writers knowledgeable on the automotive, beverage, food and apparel industries should get in touch.
Technical - As we are purely online, we invest heavily in our IT team. We use a Microsoft stack (so C#, ASP.net, MVC, SQL) and a fully Agile process to ensure we deliver products that really help our customers.
Sales - Our team spends their time contacting our global customers and seeing how our information services can help their business. From being ahead of their competition to saving hours of valuable time collecting data. We love asking questions to see where we can add value and stay in touch to make sure they are getting all the benefits.
Marketing - All things digital! SEO, newsletters, social media… you name it we do it. But we always want to do it better.
